Palpa District is a part of Province No. 5, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia. The district, with Tansen Municipality as its headquarters, covers an area of 1,373 km2 (530 sq mi) and has a population (2011) of 261,180.

Panchthar district (Nepali: पाँचथर जिल्ला) is one of 14 districts of Province No. 1 of eastern hilly region Nepal. It is a Hill district of eastern Nepal. The district covers 1,241 km2 (479 sq mi). The 2011 census counted 191,817 population. Phidim is the district headquarters.

Parasi District (Nawalparasi west of Bardaghat Susta) is a district located in Province No. 5 of Nepal. It is 1 out of 12 districts of Province No. 5. The headquarter of the district is located in Ramgram. Formerly, Parasi was part of Nawalparasi District, which split into two districts, Nawalpur District and Parasi, after the state's reconstruction of administrative divisions as of 20 September 2015.

Parbat District is a hilly area of Nepal. It is a part of Gandaki Pradesh and one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia. The district, with Kusma as its district headquarters, covers an area of 494 km2 (191 sq mi) and has a population (2001) of 157,826. It is the fourth-smallest district of Nepal with 47 VDCs currently (before Kushma Municipality was formed, total VDCs remained 55.). It is mainly famous for the Gupteshwar Cave, which is visited by thousands of pilgrims during Shivaratri. Patheshwari Temple is the most famous temple of Kushma located at Katuwa Chaupari of Kushma-09. Patheshwori Mandir has many sub-temples inside like Ram Janaki Mandir, Bhagwati, Devi, Hanuman, and others. Alapeshwar cave is a famous cave in this district. It is also noted for the Daher Deurali Temple, which is visited by thousands of pilgrims during Balachaturdanshai. Kamadhenu Mandir is another famous temple of Parbat district which is located in Khurkot development committee. Recently the Modi hydro project of 10 M.W. has been constructed in this district. Parbat's biggest playground lies in Phalewas village named Majhi Chour and Indra Chour.

Parsa District is a part of Province No. 2 in Terai plain, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Birganj as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,353 km2 (522 sq mi) and has a population (2001) of 497,219. According to the locals, Parsa is named after Parsagadhi temple situated in the district.
